Compound Capital is independently owned and managed by its two principals John Woodrow and John Mosse.

John Woodrow

John Woodrow has worked in both Australia and Hong Kong as Head of Equity Derivatives, and as Managing Director of Asian Trading, for various global investment banks.  He has 24 years experience in the financial markets with a focus on trading and risk management.  John is the founding principal.

Qualifications: BAgEc, Dip. Financial Markets.

John Mosse

John Mosse has worked in Australia and Europe in mergers and acquisitions, foreign exchange, fixed interest, treasury and the equity markets.  The last 11 years were in Sydney with a global investment bank as Managing Director, Head of Equity Derivatives, and Alternative Assets.  He has 25 years experience in the financial markets with a focus on structuring & sales, risk management, and equity capital markets/investment banking transactions.

Qualifications: BFA, ACA, CFTP, FTA.
